Quick shipping, good fountain

Ordered the cordless cat fountain. Arrived in 4 days. Easy to set up. Cats use it. No issues.

Decent fountain, some quirks

I bought the smart pet fountain and it's a solid product. My cat took to it quickly, and I like the app features for scheduling. The battery life is good, lasting about 3 weeks before I need to recharge. My main gripe is that cleaning the pump can be a bit fiddly; it's not super difficult, but definitely takes more effort than I expected. Also, the replacement filters seem a little pricey. Good value overall, but those are areas they could improve.

Reliable as always

This is my third purchase from Pawaii. I first got a smart feeder a year ago, then a wireless fountain, and now I just bought another fountain for my mom's cat. They've always been consistent. Products arrive well-packaged, and they work right out of the box. The quality of the fountain I just got is just as good as my original one. It's why I keep coming back when I need new pet tech.

Detailed fountain experience

I recently purchased the ceramic cat fountain for my two ragdolls. Ordering was straightforward on their website, and I received a confirmation email immediately. Shipping took 6 days to reach me in California, which was within the expected timeframe. The fountain arrived securely packed, with no damage. Assembly was simple; the instructions were clear and all parts fit together easily. I appreciated that it came with an extra filter. The ceramic material is easy to clean, and the fountain itself is very quiet – I can barely hear it running. My cats were a bit hesitant at first, but after a day, they started using it regularly. I haven't had to contact customer support, which is always a good sign. The water capacity is decent, lasting a few days before needing a refill. Overall, a solid product that performs as advertised.

Good fountain, cats love it

I got the wireless cat water fountain a few weeks ago for my two cats, and they're actually drinking more water now. Setup was super easy, didn't even need to read the instructions much. It's pretty quiet too, which is a big plus. Shipping took about a week to get to me, which was fine. Overall, really happy with it, and my picky eaters seem to approve!

Worth it with the discount

I was looking for a good deal on a pet fountain and found Pawaii. Used a 10% off code for my first order on the motion activated pet fountain. The price felt fair after the discount. It feels like a quality product for what I paid, and my dog is drinking more water which is great. Definitely felt like I got good value for my money, especially since shipping was free too.
